* MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE DENTAL INDUSTRY
Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency
Schedule appointments using Dentrix dental practice management to ensure optimal daily flow
Work re-care and unscheduled treatment reports to maintain a full schedule
Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks
Collect payments, process co-pays, and perform dental collections with attention to detail
Ability to accurately and efficiently present treatment plans to patients
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation review in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately
Support clinical staff by coordinating patient intake and preparing necessary documentation for procedures
Ensure confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all health information management standards
Prior experience as dental assistant, dental receptionist, front desk coordinator, or in healthcare office management is required.
Familiarity with dental terminology preferred is required.
Hands-on experience with Dentrix practice management required.
Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities—bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
Demonstrated ability to handle insurance verification processes
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards and documentation review procedures ensures confidentiality and legal adherence.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
