Job Description
Full-time dental receptionist. Busy family dental practice seeking an experienced, friendly, and organized receptionist to join our team full-time. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and provides excellent customer service to our patients.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking in patients
Smart scheduling of dental appointments
Confirming dental appointments
Answering incoming phone calls
Responding to emails and patient inquiries
Managing patient records and office communications
Coordinating daily front desk operations
Requirements:
Previous dental front desk experience required
Knowledge of dental scheduling and Open Dental software
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable working in a busy practice setting
Professional, dependable, detail-oriented
