Job Overview
Join our pediatric dental team as the first friendly hello and calming voice to welcome our young patients and their families. You’ll keep the front office running smoothly while creating a fun, caring, and reassuring experience for every child who walks through our doors.

Duties
Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression
Schedule appointments and insurance verification using dental practice management software
Manage patient check-in processes, reminder text and payment collection
Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards
Assist with dental intake procedures, including collecting patient information and updating health histories
Support office management tasks such as faxing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Skills
High school diploma or GED
Excellent computer and written skills
Experience with dental office management software
Excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills
Prior clinic or dental office experience is required; strong clerical experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous
