Dental Receptionist - Willing to train - (Bilingual English/Spanish a must)

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome Patients: Greet patients warmly and assist them as they arrive.

Manage Appointments: Schedule and reschedule appointments efficiently.

Handle Records: Update and maintain patient records.

Verify Insurance: Check insurance details and assist with claims.

Perform Admin Tasks: Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage office paperwork.

Process Payments: Handle patient payments and billing inquiries
Skills:

- Proficiency in EagleSoft or similar dental practice management systems

- Knowledge of dental assisting techniques and procedures

- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation

- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
