Job Description
Dental Front Desk / Receptionist
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: In-person

We’re looking for a caring, dedicated, and motivated Front Desk/Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
Warmly greet and check in patients
Answer phones, schedule, and confirm appointments
Assist with financial arrangements and patient billing
Support treatment planning and coordinate patient care
Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
Provide outstanding client service and maintain smooth office operations
Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish/English) PREFERRED
Punctual, dependable, and professional with a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management abilities
Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in dental software (we are a chartless practice)
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Experience in front desk, customer service, or medical/dental office (1 year preferred)
Basic computer and medical terminology knowledge (preferred)
