Dental Receptionist with Abledent exp

Our well established Dental Clinic in Meadowdale Mississauga is looking to a hire a Dental Receptionist for 18 Months (Mat leave replacement.) with option of converting to a permanent role.

About the Role:
We’re seeking someone who can, from day 1, create a welcoming environment, manage a busy front desk, and ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out. As the face of our clinic, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in patients with a warm, professional attitude.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Abledent software (mandatory)
Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries efficiently
Process payments, insurance claims, and billing
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
Coordinate with dentists and hygienists to ensure smooth daily operations
Experience with CDCP claims is preferred.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience using Abeldent or other Dental software (required)
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Friendly, patient-focused approach
Foreign Trained Dentists are welcome!

Mons to Thursdays & Alternate Saturdays.
