Dental Receptionist Part Time(experience working In a Dental Office required
Duties:

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive

- Answer phones, e-mails, reply to texts

-Scheduling appointments

- Update patient information, including medical history, verify insurance
and process insurance claims

- Assist with billing and payment processing

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow

-Team orientated
Skills:

-Experience in an dental office setting is an asset. (tracker software)

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

- Proficient computer software programs, including dental office management systems

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach
