Dental Receptionist with experience and Spanish speaking - Roundup Pediatric Dentistry

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and excellent customer service to our patients. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office.

Candidate must be able to work either Linwood or Mays Landing office for Roundup Pediatric Dentistry. Must speak Spanish fluently. Dental experience and knowledge is required. 4 to 5 days a week available.

ESSENTIAL GENERAL ABILITIES (Fundamental abilities required to hold this job.)
Accurately complete administrative forms and reports in a timely fashion
Adhere to all rules, regulations, and procedures, including those necessary to maintain required licenses, certifications, and/or registrations

TASKS AND DUTIES
Greeting patients as they arrive and answering the phones.

Scheduling and canceling patient appointments.

Completing and filing insurance verification forms.

Translating dental services into proper billable codes.

Communicating with dental supply vendors.

Handling test results including x-rays.

Office duties including document filing and other related duties
Requirements:

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including electronic health record systems
