**Dental Experience Required**
Dental experience is required for this position. Candidates must have prior experience working in a dental practice and be familiar with dental operations, workflows, and practice management.
Lead the Growth and Success of a Growing National Dental Organization
Straine is looking for an energetic, relationship-driven to join our team. This role will be responsible for connecting with prospective dental practices, building relationships, educating potential clients, and helping convert qualified leads into long-term Straine partnerships.
The ideal candidate has dental office experience, understands dental operations, and has hands-on experience with Dental Intelligence (DI) dashboards and dental practice management software. This person will be a trusted resource for prospective clients, helping them understand how Straine’s solutions can support their practice growth.
What You'll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective Straine clients from partnerships.
Connect with dental practices through calls, meetings, and follow-ups to understand their goals and challenges.
Guide prospects through the discovery process and explain how Straine can help their practice grow.
Demonstrate Dental Intelligence (DI) dashboards, reporting, and practice insights.
Educate prospects on using data and key performance indicators to improve results.
Build relationships with dental owners, doctors, and practice leadership teams.
Follow up with leads and help move opportunities toward partnership.
Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Dental office experience is required (Office Manager, Practice Administrator, Treatment Coordinator, Dental Assistant, or similar role).
Hands-on experience with Dental Intelligence (DI) dashboards is required.
Strong understanding of dental operations and practice performance metrics.
Experience with dental practice management software such as Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
Experience with Salesforce and Slack preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Friendly, engaging personality with the ability to build trust.
Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities.
Experience in sales, customer success, consulting, or business development is a plus.
