Dental Front Desk Coordinator
We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and checking in patients
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Managing patient records and insurance information
Handling phone calls and correspondence
Processing payments and billing
Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental or medical office is a must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in dental software (e.g.Eaglesoft) is preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
A positive and professional attitude
No weekend
