Dental Scheduling Coordinator

We are a father/son practice, and our mission is, “Working together to treat patients like family.” Our appointments are from 7-3:30 four days a week with alternating Mondays and Fridays so there is a four-day weekend every month! We would love an applicant with dental experience, but we are willing to train you if dentistry is the field for you. Having a positive, enthusiastic attitude is more important than experience.

Responsibilities:
Scheduling
Answering multi-line phone system
Patient check-in and check-out
Patient confirmation and reactivation
Process payments
Insurance verification
Marketing
