Dental Scheduling Coordinator

Are you an organized, professional, and dependable individual who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Dental Scheduling Coordinator to become an essential part of our growing dental family!
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Enjoy your weekends with family and friends!
What You'll Do:
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Manage patient communications and recall systems
Coordinate treatment schedules efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service to our patients
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix
Support a positive and productive office environment
Qualifications:
Dental office experience preferred
Experience with Dentrix scheduling software preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and work well with a team
