Dental Scheduling Coordinator

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a multiple doctor/ hygienist schedule. We are in search of an outgoing detail-oriented person. The ideal candidate will be motivated by completing their work in a timely, efficient manner and possess excellent customer service skills.

Full time position working Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:
Appropriate scheduling of doctors and hygienists.

Assign staff members to patients and tasks according to needs.

Verification of dental benefits prior to patient's appointments.

Patient recall
Patient Campaigns
Patient Registrations
Be flexible and adaptable when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
