Job Description
We are a friendly, patient-focused dental office in the heart of Jackson Hole. We value teamwork, clear communication, and a positive daily environment.
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday 11am-8pm, Tuesday-Thursday 7:30am-5pm (no weekends, 4 day work week)
Location: In-person in Jackson, WY

Daily Responsibilities
Answer incoming patient phone calls and greet visitors with a warm attitude
Manage and optimize the daily provider and hygiene schedules to meet KPI's
Confirm upcoming appointments and handle patient rescheduling requests
Verify basic dental insurance details and update patient records
Manage and organize incoming/outgoing lab cases
What We Need From You
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Friendly and clear phone voice with great customer service habits
Basic computer literacy (dental software experience is a big plus, but we will train the right person)
1+ years of front desk or customer service experience (dental office background is preferred, but not required)
