We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dental Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! This full-time position plays a key role in ensuring our schedule runs smoothly and efficiently while supporting patients through every step of their dental care journey.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the schedule
Coordinate treatment scheduling and assist with case presentation to provide a smooth, positive patient experience
Confirm and follow up on appointments to maintain a full and productive schedule
Communicate with patients regarding upcoming visits, treatment needs, and financial arrangements

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency with dental software systems (Dentrix experience preferred)
