Dental Scheduling Coordinator / Receptionist

This full time position is responsible for the front desk operation at our Clinic. This entails all aspects of patient check-in and check-out including gathering and verifying all patient information, checking insurance eligibilities, entering charges and collecting patient fees. This position will answer incoming phone calls, schedule patient appointments. Must be a great team player, self starter, work quickly and efficiently under pressure, have problem solving skills, excellent customer service skills and work well with a diverse population. Basic computer skills and telephone etiquette a must.
