Job Description
District Endodontics is a modern, state-of-the-art specialty practice dedicated exclusively to saving natural teeth through advanced endodontic care. We are looking for a warm, energetic, and highly organized Front Desk Patient Coordinator to become the face of our new Gaithersburg location.
What You’ll Do
Welcome patients with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude.
Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently.
Verify dental insurance benefits and accurately post insurance payments.
Collect patient payments and maintain accurate financial records.
Coordinate with referring dental offices and specialists.
Manage patient records and maintain HIPAA compliance.
Keep the front office organized and running smoothly.
Help create an exceptional five-star patient experience from start to finish.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of front dental office experience required.
Experience verifying dental insurance and posting insurance payments is required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Comfortable learning new technology and dental software.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced specialty practice.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
Experience with dental practice management software.
Social media and marketing experience is a plus.
Experience working in an endodontic or specialty office is a bonus, but not required.
