Dental Specialty Office Receptionist

We are an established, privately owned dental practice seeking a Dental Office Receptionist to join our team. Our office is a specialty Prosthodontic office focusing on full-mouth reconstruction and complex care, with an emphasis on delivering a highly personalized patient experience.

This role is suited for a polished professional who values precision, discretion, and creating a seamless, elevated experience for every patient.

The Role
You will serve as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring each interaction—from scheduling to financial coordination—is handled with efficiency, clarity, and professionalism.

Responsibilities include:
Providing a welcoming and professional front office experience
Coordinating and managing patient schedules
Confirming appointments and handling patient communication
Reviewing and maintaining patient records in Dentrix
Preparing treatment plans using proper dental coding
Calculating and collecting payments with accuracy
Qualifications
1+ year of Dentrix proficiency (required)
2+ years of dental front office experience
Strong knowledge of CDT dental codes
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable

Schedule
35–40 hours per week
Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday (alternating): 7:45 AM – 1:00 PM
