Dental Staff

New You Dental Center is seeking team-oriented dental staff to join our Auburn Hills and Southfield offices for a Monday through friday schedule. We are looking for dependable individuals to provide excellent dental care in a supportive, state-of-the-art environment.

We have the following positions available:
Dental Assistant: Requires at least 1 year of experience. Responsibilities include chairside assisting, room setup/sterilization, digital x-rays, and pouring models. New graduates who are ambitious and eager to learn are also encouraged to apply. Experience with Dentrix Ascend is highly favorable.

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA): Requires a Michigan RDA license and at least 2 years of experience. Provides advanced chairside support, performs delegated restorative procedures (such as placing amalgam/resin fillings and temporary crowns), takes dental X-rays, provides patient care, and ensures sterilization standards. RDAs must hold a valid Michigan RDA license, which requires graduating from an accredited program, passing exams, and completing continuing education.

Treatment Coordinators: Acts as the bridge between clinical recommendations and patient action. Their primary goal is to guide patients through their dental journey, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and feel confident about moving forward with care.

Dental Receptionist: Check patients in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, and co-pay collection and Recall. Experience with Dentrix Ascend is highly favorable.
