Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Dental Technician specializing in CAD/CAM technology to join our dynamic dental laboratory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and fabricating dental restorations with precision and efficiency, utilizing advanced digital workflows. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that values innovation, accuracy, and professional growth. Prior experience in dental laboratories CAD CAM is a must.

Responsibilities
Utilize CAD software to design dental restorations such as crowns, bridges, and implants based on digital impressions and specifications.

Operate CAM machinery to fabricate restorations with high precision, ensuring adherence to clinical and aesthetic standards.

Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to interpret clinical data and ensure accurate reproduction of restorations.

Maintain detailed records of production processes, materials used, and quality control checks.

Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety protocols, and laboratory policies.

Keep abreast of emerging technologies in digital dentistry to improve workflow efficiency and product quality.

Assist in maintaining the laboratory’s digital equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications
Proven experience with CAD/CAM systems within a dental laboratory or dental office setting, we use 3Shape, Millbox, and Roland Mills.

Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and restorative procedures.

Laboratory experience in fabricating dental prosthetics or restorations is preferred.

Familiarity with dental assisting duties or working in a clinical environment is advantageous.

Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
