Patient Experience & Practice Growth Coordinator – Dental
Chicago Loop | $26–$30/hour + Bonus Opportunities
Are you the kind of person who sees an opportunity and takes action — without waiting to be asked?
We're a growing, patient-focused dental practice in the Chicago Loop looking for an experienced, outgoing and highly motivated Patient Experience & Practice Growth Coordinator.
This is not a traditional receptionist position.
We're looking for someone with a great personality who loves connecting with patients, is comfortable discussing treatment and finances, enjoys helping patients say "yes" to care, and wants to play an active role in growing a practice.
What You'll Do
Convert new patient calls into scheduled appointments
Build genuine relationships with patients
Present treatment and financial options confidently
Help improve treatment acceptance
Follow up on unscheduled treatment
Reactivate patients
Ask happy patients for reviews and referrals
Track results and follow through on growth initiatives
Identify missed opportunities
Collaborate directly with the doctor on ideas to improve the practice
Help create an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through checkout
We're Looking for Someone Who Is:
Warm, bubbly and naturally engaging
Confident and persuasive without being pushy
Comfortable discussing money and treatment
Goal-oriented and motivated by results
Highly organized
Excellent at follow-through
Proactive — you don't need someone reminding you repeatedly
Comfortable being accountable to measurable goals
Someone who brings ideas instead of waiting for instructions
Excited about helping a small business grow
Dental experience strongly preferred.
Experience with treatment coordination, dental scheduling, insurance, financing, patient reactivation and dental software is especially valuable.
Compensation
$26–$30/hour based on experience + performance bonus opportunities
