We're looking for a Treatment & Scheduling Coordinator who wants to be an important part of that experience.

What Makes This Role Different
This isn't just answering phones, filling holes in a schedule, or handing patients a treatment plan.

You'll help guide patients through their entire journey—from their first conversation with us to understanding their treatment, working through concerns, scheduling their care, and ultimately getting the treatment they need.

You'll also have the opportunity to expand beyond everyday dentistry and learn about:
Complex restorative and esthetic dentistry
Dental sleep medicine
TMJ care
Pediatric airway and craniofacial growth
Integrative, whole-person dentistry
You don't need to know all of this already. We'll teach you.

We're looking for someone with a solid dental foundation, strong people skills, and the desire to grow.

You May Be a Great Fit If You:
Have previous dental front-office, scheduling, treatment coordination, or case presentation experience
Naturally connect with people and build trust
Have strong sales or consultative communication skills
Are comfortable discussing treatment and financial investment
Know how to listen and uncover what's really keeping a patient from moving forward
Understand dental insurance and how to help patients maximize available benefits
Are organized, proactive, and enjoy keeping a productive schedule full
Follow up rather than simply waiting for patients to call back
Want to continue learning and become part of a practice you're proud to represent

Our patients may be considering significant or complex treatment. They need someone who can explain things clearly, listen to their concerns, comfortably discuss finances and insurance, and help identify solutions when fear, timing, finances, or other barriers stand in the way.
