The person our patients remember.
As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between a patient’s diagnosis and their decision to
move forward with care. You’ll sit down with patients, walk them through their treatment options,
answer their questions honestly, and guide them through the financial side with compassion and
confidence. Your ability to build trust is everything.

Coordinator who connects with people naturally, communicates treatment with clarity and
warmth, and takes genuine pride in helping patients say “yes” to their best smile.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Meet one-on-one with patients to review and explain treatment plans presented by the doctor
Present financial options, including insurance breakdowns and payment plans, in a clear and
stress-free way
Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment to re-engage and re-motivate
Coordinate scheduling to ensure seamless transitions from consultation to appointment
Maintain accurate patient records and update case status in our practice management software
Collaborate with the clinical team to stay aligned on patient care priorities
Contribute to a warm, welcoming front office environment every single day
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of dental front office experience, with a focus on treatment coordination
Proven ability to present treatment plans and close cases with empathy — not pressure
Solid understanding of dental insurance, patient financing, and billing basics
Excellent verbal communication skills — you make complex things feel simple
Proficiency with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft)
A warm, professional presence that puts anxious patients at ease
Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Tagalog) is a meaningful plus
