Job Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, organized Dental Treatment Coordinator/Front Office Team Member to join our office Monday–Thursday. This role is key to the patient experience—you’ll be the first point of contact, greeting patients, answering phones, and creating a warm, welcoming environment while helping keep the front office running smoothly.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, approximately 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Greet patients and create a welcoming, positive experience from the moment they arrive
Walk patients through treatment plans in a clear, easy-to-understand way and answer questions
Schedule and manage appointments, keeping the day running efficiently
Verify insurance, review benefits, and help patients understand their financial responsibility
Work closely with doctors and clinical team to make sure treatment plans are accurate and followed through
Keep patient records up to date, including notes, treatment, and financial information
Help keep the schedule full through patient follow-up
Qualifications
Experience in a dental office
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable discussing treatment, insurance, and finances with patients
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment
Familiar with scheduling, insurance verification, and basic office systems (Dentrix experience is a plus)
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
