The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. You’ll support patients throughout their treatment journey and help lead the day-to-day operations of the office.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental front office role (Required)
Dental insurance knowledge (Required)
English proficiency (Required)
Dentrix knowledge (Preferred)
Driven, self-motivated, and proactive in learning and growth
Delivers exceptional customer service, clear communication, and confident presentation skills
Your Key Responsibilities
Present dental treatment plans to patients
Submit insurance claims and process EOBs accurately and efficiently
Track and report key office metrics
Maintain and analyze aging reports
Develop and maintain strong patient relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
