As we continue to scale, we are seeking a high-level dental professional to help convert implant leads into scheduled consultations at our Irvine location.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing West Covina office. The ideal candidate is organized, confident discussing treatment and finances, and able to help patients understand and move forward with their recommended care.

Responsibilities include:
Presenting treatment plans and financial options
Verifying PPO insurance benefits and calculating patient portions
Reviewing insurance coverage, limitations, and estimates with patients
Following up on unscheduled treatment
Coordinating appointments and maintaining an organized schedule
Collecting payments and discussing financing options
Entering treatment plans, notes, and patient information into Open Dental
Working closely with doctors, clinical staff, and the front office
Providing a professional and compassionate patient experience
Qualifications:
Previous dental treatment coordinator experience required
Strong dental insurance and PPO knowledge required
Open Dental experience required
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Comfortable discussing treatment costs and asking patients to schedule
Knowledge of dental terminology and common procedures
Full-arch implant or oral surgery experience is a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Position: Full-time
Location: West Covina, CA
Compensation: $25+
This is a high-impact position directly tied to production and patient growth.
