Job Description
Patient Care & Treatment Coordinator
Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week | No Evenings | No Weekends
Everlasting Dentistry is a modern, boutique private practice in Fort Worth where exceptional dentistry meets exceptional patient care. We believe every patient should feel welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. Building lasting relationships and creating an exceptional patient experience are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for an outgoing, relationship-focused Patient Care & Treatment Coordinator who loves people and is passionate about creating a five-star patient experience.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing front desk operations, including patient check-in and check-out
Verifying dental insurance, benefits, and eligibility
Submitting insurance claims and following up as needed
Scheduling patient appointments efficiently and accurately to support a productive day
Collecting payments and reviewing treatment plans with patients
Answering phones with a friendly tone and providing excellent customer service
Maintaining accurate patient records using Open Dental Software
Help fill the schedule by following up on unscheduled treatment
Creating a welcoming, 5-star experience for every patient from the first phone call through check-out
Qualifications and Ideal Traits:
Minimum of 3 years of front office experience working in a dental office (required)
Strong knowledge of PPO dental insurance and claims processing (minimum of 3 years required)
Understanding of dental terminology with a basic knowledge of billing and coding
Proficiency using Open Dental Software
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Strong work ethic
Reliable, punctual, organized and detail-oriented
Naturally friendly, bubbly, and genuinely enjoys talking with people
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude (required)
Must be able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A true team player who is willing to go above and beyond
Must show confidence when discussing the cost of dental treatment and collecting payments
Position Details:
Full-time position 4 days per week (approximately 35 hours/week)
Opportunities to grow within our practice
Office Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Friday: 8:00AM - 3:00PM
Team members arrive at 7:30AM to prepare for morning huddle
