Dental Patient Coordinator — Temporary

We are seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to provide temporary maternity leave coverage from November 2026 through March 2027.
This is initially a temporary position with the potential to become a full-time, permanent position based on performance and business needs.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of dental patient coordinator experience
Experience with Open Dental and DEXIS
Strong dental insurance and treatment coordination knowledge
Excellent communication and patient service skills
Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced dental office
Professional and friendly demeanor
Responsibilities
Patient check-in/check-out and scheduling
Answer phones and coordinate appointments
Verify insurance and discuss treatment estimates
Collect payments and assist with financial arrangements
Maintain accurate patient records
Provide a welcoming experience for every patient
