Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience & Communication
Welcome patients and guide them through their visit with professionalism and empathy.
Build rapport quickly and identify patient concerns, obstacles, and priorities.
Clearly explain treatment recommendations using visuals, simple language, and patient‑first communication.
Ensure every patient leaves with a clear understanding of their next steps.
Case Acceptance & Financial Conversations
Present treatment plans in a confident, supportive, and patient‑centered manner.
Discuss financial options, insurance coverage, and out‑of‑pocket estimates.
Offer payment solutions and remove barriers to help patients accept needed care.
Track case acceptance and follow up on unscheduled treatment.
Scheduling & Operational Support
Schedule patients for treatment in alignment with provider goals and office production targets.
Coordinate with front office and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
Maintain accurate documentation, treatment notes, and follow‑up tasks.
Support insurance verification, pre‑authorizations, and benefit breakdowns as needed.
Team Collaboration
Partner closely with doctors, hygienists, and front office staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Participate in morning huddles, team meetings, and training sessions.
Support a positive, growth‑oriented culture built on communication and accountability.
Required Experience & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in dental treatment coordination, front office, or patient‑facing dental roles.
Strong case acceptance skills and confidence presenting treatment plans.
Solid understanding of dental treatment, insurance, benefits, and financial arrangements.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with patients of all backgrounds.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience with dental software (Open Dental).
Bilingual skills are a bonus.
