Hightstown Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at case presentation and patient communication,(spanish speaking preferred) and is passionate about helping patients move forward with the treatment they need.

Responsibilities:
Present treatment plans and explain procedures with confidence and clarity
Discuss financial arrangements and payment options
Verify insurance benefits and maximize patient understanding of coverage
Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding treatment plans
Coordinate patient scheduling for comprehensive care
Build strong patient relationships and increase case acceptance
Work closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of dental treatment coordinating experience required
Strong understanding of dental insurance and benefits
Experience with treatment presentation and case acceptance
Excellent communication and sales skills
Ability to build trust and connect with patients
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Experience with dental practice management software preferred
