Job Description
Dental Treatment Coordinator – Full-Time
Start Date: October 5, 2026
Full-Time – 32 hours per week
Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Join Our Dental Team!
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships with patients and helping them understand and move forward with their recommended dental treatment.
Responsibilities
Welcome and communicate with patients in a professional, friendly manner
Present and explain recommended dental treatment plans and fees
Help patients understand their treatment options and financial responsibilities
Coordinate treatment appointments and follow-up visits
Discuss insurance benefits and assist patients with questions regarding coverage
Assist patients with financing and payment options when appropriate
Follow up with patients who have unscheduled or incomplete treatment
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment information
Coordinate closely with the dentist, hygienists, assistants, and front office team
Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive patient experience
Maintain confidentiality and follow all office policies and HIPAA requirements
Utilize the Curve Dental Practice Management System for scheduling, patient records, treatment plans, and office communication
Qualifications
Previous dental office experience preferred
Experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and financial arrangements
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional, positive, and personable demeanor
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
Experience with Curve Dental is preferred, but training may be provided for the right candidate
