Accurately and efficiently document patient interactions, communications, financial arrangements, and follow-up needs
Communicate effectively by phone and in person to foster positive relationships with patients and team members
Maintain accurate patient, financial, and insurance information
Communicate effectively with the doctor, clinical team, and administrative team
Help maintain an organized and productive schedule
Assist with other administrative responsibilities as needed
What We Are Looking For

The ability to work in a busy dental practice without losing attention to detail
Experience using Open Dental is strongly preferred. A dental background and familiarity with clinical dentistry, dental terminology, common procedures, insurance codes, X-rays, and intraoral photographs are also highly preferred.
