We do this by living our core values throughout every day. These core values are: TEAM PLAYER- being a team player means thinking of others first, always. There is no real “down-time” at GODC- when we are done with our own tasks, we seek to be as helpful as possible without being asked. We constantly figure out ways to be a better team and to lift others up around us by setting a great example and always having each other’s backs. HARD WORKER- we come to work ready to face the day and give 100% no matter how we feel or what else we may have going on outside of work. Our patients and co-workers deserve our very best. Through hard work, we deliver transformative experiences. POSITIVITY- We know that emotions are infectious, and we seek to inspire joy in others by always being positive. We know we can solve any problem if we have the right outlook and a can-do attitude. If someone else is down, we find out how we can help them have a better day. KIND-HEARTED- Kindness is at the core of how we operate at GODC. People come to us vulnerable and afraid, and through treating them delicately and with grace, we alleviate those fears. We will always go the extra mile to love and advocate for our patients and co-workers. DO THE RIGHT THING- We recognize that we are constantly faced with choices at work; we always default to doing what we know to be right and just; to serve others before ourselves, and to treat others as THEY wish to be treated. UNEQUIVOCAL EXCELLENCE- We constantly innovate and learn from the best in order to keep upping our game; we always take the time to create extraordinary results. We practice “Continual And Never-ending Improvement” (C.A.N.I.) in all aspects of our practice- we make sure our BEST keeps getting BETTER.
