Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our North Houston dental practice. If you're someone who thrives in a patient-focused environment and enjoys the satisfaction of helping others navigate their care, we’d love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and ensure they have a smooth, comfortable experience during their visit.
Present and explain treatment plans, including costs and insurance options, in a clear and professional manner.
Coordinate appointments and follow-up care, keeping patients on track with their treatment plans.
Work closely with insurance providers to help patients maximize their benefits.
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with daily administrative tasks.
Assist with patient check-in and check-out, and provide phone support during busy times.
Support the team by handling patient recalls and scheduling follow-up appointments.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present treatment options in a clear and compassionate way.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy office setting.
Prior experience in a dental or healthcare office is preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with dental Open Dental is a plus.
Must be fluent in Spanish
