Support the clinical team by coordinating treatment schedules, follow-up appointments, and billing procedures
Manage patient communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions to ensure clarity and satisfaction
Skills
Knowledge of dental insurance policies, billing procedures, and health regulation compliance standards
Excellent communication skills is a MUST
Strong understanding of dental terminology relevant to dental care settings
