Treatment Coordinator – Private Dental Practice
Our private dental practice is looking for a Treatment Coordinator who enjoys creating an excellent patient experience while helping lead a strong, supportive team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of systems, and enjoys building relationships with patients and coworkers.

Most full-time team members work approximately 34–40 hours per week, with schedules varying based on the needs of the practice.

Responsibilities
Function as a Treatment Coordinator.

Lead and support front office team members
Manage the schedule to maintain productive and efficient days
Present treatment plans and clearly explain insurance benefits and financial options
Check patients in and out and collect patient balances
Process insurance payments, adjustments, and patient refunds
Monitor accounts receivable and assist with insurance follow-up
Ensure front office systems run smoothly and efficiently
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Help improve systems and workflows when needed
Maintain a positive, patient-focused office environment
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of dental office experience required
Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and coding
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented and dependable
