Job Description
Great Day Fabulous Treatment Coordinators,
This is a unique opportunity to work either PT or FT 2-4 days a week with full time benefits so that you can spend a quality time for the rest of the week with you loved ones!
With over 15 years of experience, our dental office has been the leader and the top-rated dental office in the bay area in the field of wisdom teeth surgery, implants, and sedation dentistry. We are looking for a experienced team leader to manage the front desk area and become the star of the office!
Responsibilities
MUST have a strong command and experience with Dental Insurance / Billing and good understanding of DENTRIX software
Focus on scheduling, address the needs of patients and manage re-care system
Educate patients on payment options
Secure patients’ financial commitment to help them start the best treatment possible
Keep accurate financial records
Preferred Background:
4 year of dental service experience
Communication skills to build rapport with patients
Positive attitude to overcome common patient objections/rejections
Good judgment and sound decision-making ability
Spanish is a great Plus
