Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Treatment Coordinator to join our practice and drive patient care acceptance. The ideal candidate will excel at presenting treatment plans, explaining financial options, and guiding patients seamlessly from diagnosis to scheduled care, all while maintaining strong administrative efficiency and supporting front-desk operations.
Experience & Technical Skills: Prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a similar dental administration role is preferred. Proficiency with dental management software, such as Tracker and a basic understanding of radiographs and 3D digital imaging are strong assets.
Patient Care & Case Presentation: Responsible for meeting with patients and clinical staff to discuss treatment options, presenting detailed care plans, acquiring informed consent, and reviewing financial arrangements.
Patient Education & Support: Educates patients on treatment pathways to ensure full understanding, monitors patient progress and satisfaction, and addresses ongoing inquiries throughout care.
Administrative & Clinical Operations: Maintains accurate, up-to-date dental clinical notes and manages standard office procedures and phone systems efficiently.
Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, effective time management, and outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
