We’re looking for an exceptional Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental team!
This is more than a scheduling or administrative position. You’ll play a key role in helping patients understand their treatment options, feel comfortable with their decisions, and move forward with the care that can improve their health and confidence.
THE RIGHT PERSON WILL:
Build genuine relationships with patients and make them feel welcomed and cared for
Clearly explain treatment plans, fees, financing options, and next steps
Confidently present and coordinate comprehensive dental treatment
Follow up with patients and help turn treatment plans into scheduled appointments
Work closely with doctors and the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Have excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
Be comfortable discussing financial investment and helping patients find solutions that work for them
Bring a positive, energetic, team-oriented attitude every day
