Job Description
Front Office Dental Receptionist – Full-Time
Our established dental office is seeking a reliable and experienced front office team member to join our friendly and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling and managing patient appointments
Greeting and checking in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
Maintaining productive schedules for the doctors
Explaining Dental Treatment to Patients and Coordinating their dental benefits
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of dental office experience
Strong knowledge of PPO insurance and dental terminology
Proficiency in Dentrix software
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Friendly, team-oriented attitude
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 7:45 AM – 6:00 PM (may be willing to modify timings for a great candidate)
One Friday per month
Applicants without prior dental office experience will not be considered.
Compensation:
$25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
