What You'll Be Doing
As our Treatment Coordinator / Patient Service Representative, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience while helping our practice run efficiently every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming every patient with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm
Creating an exceptional first and last impression for every patient
Keeping schedules organized, productive, and patients happy
Answering phones with confidence and compassion because first impressions matter
Presenting treatment plans and helping patients confidently move forward with the care they need
Following up on unscheduled treatment with genuine care
Coordinating financial arrangements and helping patients understand their investment in their health
Managing patient records with exceptional attention to detail—accuracy matters, and no lost files on your watch
Assisting with financial reports and front office coordination
Working closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out
Contributing to a positive, supportive, team-oriented culture where everyone helps one another succeed
