Dental Treatment Coordinator

Our busy, family-oriented pediatric dental practice is looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care while helping families understand their treatment and insurance benefits
What You'll Do:

- Welcome and support patients and families with kindness and professionalism.

-Present treatment plans clearly and answer questions with empathy

- Verify Dental Insurance Benefits, Including Medicaid, and explain coverage and estimated patient responsability.

-Obtain Pre-authorizations when required

-Coordinate treatment scheduling to ensure a smooth patient experience
_Communicate effectively with parents, dentist and the clinical team

-Mantain accurate patient records and insurance documentation

-Help create a positive, caring environment where children feel comfortable and families feel value

Pay: $25.87 - $27.00 per hour
