We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient treatment plans and ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation through to treatment completion. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both patients and the dental team.
Responsibilities
Review patient documentation and treatment plans, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and complete.
Coordinate with dental professionals to discuss treatment options and communicate these effectively to patients.
Assist in managing patient appointments, follow-ups, and reminders to ensure timely care.
Handle dental billing processes, including insurance verification and claims submission.
Maintain organized records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and financial agreements.
Utilize Dentrix software for documentation and scheduling purposes.
Address any patient inquiries or concerns regarding treatments or office policies promptly.
Skills
Experience in dental billing processes, including insurance claims management.
Strong front desk skills with a focus on patient service excellence.
Familiarity with clerical duties within a dental office environment.
Ability to conduct thorough documentation reviews for accuracy and compliance.
Previous experience working in a dental clinic is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of Dentrix software is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
