Dental Treatment Coordinator
Location: Broomall, PA 19008 | Full-Time
Williamsburg Dental is currently looking for an experienced, compassionate, and driven Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present comprehensive treatment plans and financial estimates to patients in a knowledgeable, compassionate manner
Ensure every patient fully understands their treatment plan, the benefits of care, and their insurance coverage
Assist patients with financial arrangements and coordinate appointment scheduling for prescribed treatment
Reschedule patients who miss appointments and proactively follow up with patients who have not completed treatment
Manage doctor and hygiene schedules to achieve utilization goals through efficient use of appointment time
Complete pre-authorizations and handle all treatment-related paperwork including consent forms, policy forms, and exit paperwork
Work closely with the clinical team to effectively manage daily patient flow and communication
Assist at the front desk as needed, including answering and returning patient calls
Build strong, cooperative working relationships with the doctor and team to promote a culture of excellence and teamwork
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of prior dental treatment coordination experience required
Dental insurance knowledge and experience required
Proficiency with Denticon practice management software required
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A compassionate, patient focused approach to every interaction
A team oriented mindset and commitment to achieving practice goals
