Job Description
Dental Treatment Coordinator / Front Desk
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator / Front Desk team member to join our busy dental practice.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, cheerful, and professional
Detail-oriented and organized
Dependable with excellent attendance
A team player with a positive attitude
Comfortable communicating with patients in person and over the phone
Has reliable transportation
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking in patients
Scheduling appointments
Presenting treatment plans and coordinating patient care
Answering phones and assisting patients with questions
Verifying insurance benefits and discussing financial arrangements
Maintaining accurate patient records
Qualifications:
Previous dental office experience preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance is preferred
Understanding of maximums, deductibles, and waiting periods is a plus
Strong computer and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
