Our growing oral surgery practice in Saline, MI is looking for a compassionate, organized, and energetic Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to become the face of our office!
We’re searching for someone who can keep the schedule flowing, support patients with confidence and kindness, and help create an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and love working with people — we’d love to meet you!
Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Every other Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Answer and manage multi-line phone systems
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
Verify insurance and maintain accurate patient records
Support communication between patients and the clinical team
Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
Assist with administrative tasks, office organization, and patient coordination
Help create a smooth, stress-free patient experience every day
What We’re Looking For:
Dental office experience required
Knowledge of dental terminology or surgical scheduling
Dental insurance and benefits knowledge is required
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Comfortable in a clinical environment
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented personality
Experience with DSN or dental software is a plus
