We are seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator who understands that the front office is the heart of the patient experience. We are looking for someone who is polished, personable, highly organized, and genuinely passionate about helping patients feel valued and cared for.

Your Role
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional patient journey—from the first phone call through ongoing care. You will help ensure our patients feel welcomed, informed, respected, and cared for at every interaction.

You will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and productive schedule, coordinating appointments and reappointments, following up on hygiene and treatment opportunities, maintaining accurate patient records, and helping patients navigate their insurance benefits.

Most importantly, you will be a face and voice of Dental Reflections and an important part of the experience our patients remember.
