Kensington Dental Clinic is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Full-Time Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a proven ability to increase treatment acceptance, and strong working knowledge of Dentrix software.

Key Responsibilities:
· Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients
· Coordinate and schedule treatment appointments efficiently
· Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with insurance-related questions
· Follow up on outstanding treatment plans and patient inquiries
· Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix
· Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a positive patient experience
· Support front office operations as needed
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or similar dental administrative role
· Strong working knowledge of Dentrix
· Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills
· Experience with dental insurance verification and billing
· Ability to build trust and rapport with patients
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
