Dental Treatment Coordinator

19th Avenue Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Front Desk/ Treatment Coordinator to join our team!

We are seeking someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, providing excellent customer service, and helping patients understand and move forward with their dental treatment.

What You'll Do
Welcome patients with a warm, positive attitude
Answer phones & schedule appointments
Coordinate treatment plans and help patients understand recommended care
Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment
Verify insurance benfits and assist with insurance questions
Process payments and maintain accurate patient accounts
Coordinate communication between patients, doctor and clinical team
Maintain an organized, positive, and welcoming office environment
What We're Looking for:
Dental front office and/or treatment coordinator (experience preferred)
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Comfortable discussing treatment and financial arrangements with patients
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Professional and compassionate demeanor
Ability to work independently while being a strong team member
