We’re looking for a dynamic, organized, and highly persuasive Dental Treatment Coordinator/Front Desk to become a key player in our fast-growing, patient-centered dental team.

What You'll Do:
Inspire confidence: Present treatment plans clearly and compassionately, guiding patients through clinical and financial options.
Sell with purpose: Use your communication skills to help patients understand the importance of their treatment and commit to care.
Keep things moving: Efficiently schedule appointments and manage daily operations using Open Dental.
Own your numbers: Follow up on outstanding accounts, handle collections, and support financial planning for patients.
Be the first impression: Greet every patient with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless front desk experience.
Collaborate daily: Work closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure streamlined patient care and case flow.
Stay sharp: Maintain accurate records, stay up to date with compliance, and contribute to a high-functioning, positive office culture.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in case presentation and treatment coordination, with the confidence to drive case acceptance.
Proficiency in Open Dental and/or EHR platforms.
Solid grasp of insurance, billing, and collections processes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — you're a people person with a purpose.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dental environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $22.00 per hour
